Job Description
Our Animal Health Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team plays a key role in improving our understanding of customers, market dynamics, and business performance. The team leverages data, CRM, and analytics to enable effective customer engagement and strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization.
As a Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing commercial data, delivering reports and insights, continuously improving reporting processes, and managing CRM operations across all Business Units in Türkiye.
**Key **
- Conduct market, competitor, sales, and ad-hoc analyses depending on Business Unit needs.
- Manage the in-market sales reporting processes, including ongoing optimization, automation, and maintenance of related systems and workflows.
- Deliver monthly field force performance reporting and commercial analyses across all Business Units, including sales performance and free goods/rebate calculations.
- Integrate, cleanse, transform, and model data from multiple sources and formats to build reliable datasets for reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that enable effective monitoring and detailed analysis of complex commercial data.
- Manage and continuously improve Salesforce CRM processes, data quality, system adoption, and user support for Türkiye.
- Assist Business Units in key SFE processes including territory alignment, target setting and optimization, segmentation, cycle and call planning, and incentive calculations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, econometrics, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to consolidate and analyze large datasets from diverse sources, using structured data exploration, statistical analysis, and comprehensive data profiling.
- Solid understanding of data engineering and modeling, including ETL workflows and database technologies like Redshift and Snowflake, with programming skills in SQL and Python.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data modeling, dashboard development, and visualization, along with experience in Power Automate for workflow automation in addition to excellent skills in MS Office programs.
- Experience with AI-enabled automation is preferred.
