Job detail for Student Finance Assistant

The OHIO Business Service Center is seeking up to two motivated Accounting, Finance, or Business student to assist with financial operations and customer service.

• Process reimbursement, purchasing, and transaction requests through ticketing system.
• Assist with financial reconciliations and review transactions for accuracy.
• Support auditing and compliance activities by verifying documentation and approvals.
• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external customers.
• Receive, track, and distribute student packages while maintaining accurate records.
• Complete general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
