We are looking for a team member to join us as a Medical Sales Representative, who will focus on increasing scientific awareness in their region, achieving individual targets for licensed products, and contributing to the realization of regional goals with a customer-oriented work approach.

**Key **

• Conduct promotional activities for the products they are responsible for to achieve sales targets, and structure and strengthen communication in line with marketing and medical strategies

• Perform the required number of visits based on established targeting and segmentation criteria

• Achieve market share targets

• Closely follow developments and dynamics in the assigned region to ensure information flow; conduct regular situation analyses to execute and, if necessary, adapt field action plans

• Possess the most accurate and up-to-date medical knowledge regarding the products they promote and use this information effectively, ethically, and in compliance with legal regulations to meet customer needs; follow up on all Adverse Drug Reactions and technical complaints related to the products

• Ensure stock and sales tracking in pharmacies within the region, regularly check data, and inform the Regional Manager about potential opportunities and risks

• Evaluate risks in the area of responsibility and inform their manager in a timely manner

• Ensure effective use of the expense budget, control representation expenses, and submit them to the Regional Manager after approval

• Send the Adverse Drug Reaction Form completed by healthcare professionals to the unit within 24 hours

• Prepare daily activity reports accurately and regularly, and be organized and meticulous in reporting all expenses and other processes (implement the electronic regional management system as defined)

• Ensure information flow and create synergy within and between teams

About You

• Residing in Diyarbakır

• 4-year Bachelor's degree

• Possess a driver's license and drive actively

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Product Promotion Representative Certificate (ÜTE)

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Knowledge of IMS programs

• Strong communication skills and analytical perspective

• Knowledge of sales and marketing

• Change-oriented

• Ability to work in a team

• High influencing skills

• Negotiation skills

• Strong collaborative approach
