Senior Product Manager | Credit Decisioning Job Description

Hybrid role in São Paulo/SP

• Connect the Credit Decisioning portfolio strategy for SMEs to business objectives and KPIs, ensuring impact, efficiency, and scalability;

• Evolve products that support our clients in making faster, smarter, and more automated credit decisions;

• Use data, customer feedback, and metrics to guide discovery, prioritization, and roadmap evolution;

• Explore the use of AI, analytics, and automation to increase the efficiency and intelligence of credit decisioning solutions;

• Connect customer, business, and technology needs, transforming complex problems into simple and scalable solutions.

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap;

• Conduct continuous discovery with customers and stakeholders, identifying relevant problems and opportunities;

• Prioritize roadmap and backlog based on data, customer impact, and business return;

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and other involved areas;

• Track product KPIs, adoption, and business impact, using insights to drive the evolution of solutions;

• Lead and influence stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in decisions and priorities.

Who are we looking for?

• Solid experience as a Product Manager, preferably in credit, financial services, fintechs, data, or B2B products;
• Strong analytical capacity and business acumen, with data-driven decision-making;
• Experience with complex digital products, discovery, and roadmap management;
• Ability to navigate between business, technology, and data, translating complex problems into product solutions;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ownership mindset, pragmatism, and ability to execute in ambiguous scenarios.

Nice to have

• Experience with Credit Decisioning, decision engines, credit policies, or strategies;
• Knowledge or practical experience with AI;

• Solid experience as a Product Manager (5+ years), preferably in credit, financial services, fintechs, data, or B2B products;
• Experience with complex digital products, discovery, and roadmap management;
• Strong analytical capacity, with data-driven decisions;
• Ability to transition between business, technology, and data;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Use of AI as a productivity tool in daily work (discovery, data analysis, prioritization, documentation).
