Job Description

• Manage the tracking of headcount, budgets, and forecasts and ensure data reliability (Clarity / Finance).

• Coordinate portfolio management and ensure compliance with GMIT processes and governance.

• Produce and centralize reporting and KPIs for management.

• Harmonize and improve processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Coordinate exchanges between IT, PMO, Finance, COO Office teams, and regional stakeholders.

• Identify discrepancies, ensure their follow-up, and perform necessary escalations.

• Support transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience as a PMO, Project/Portfolio Management, or IT Management, ideally in an international environment.

You are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and interpersonal ease. You know how to work with various stakeholders and manage multiple subjects simultaneously.

English is essential.
