As a RevOps Contractor, you'll own the systems Clozd's go-to-market team runs on. This is a part-time (~20 hours/week), hands-on engagement for an experienced Salesforce admin who loves clean data and well-scoped projects. You'll administer Salesforce, keep our data clean and trustworthy across Salesforce and Gong, and ship a set of high-priority systems projects. You'll work closely with our GTM Strategy and Ops and Data & AI teams.

What you will be doing:
●Own day-to-day Salesforce administration for our 50+ person sales, CS, andmarketing teams, triaging and resolving requests from reps, managers, and permission sets, page layouts, flows, and user support● Lead a Salesforce hygiene audit and cleanup, including duplicate rules, validationrules, field rationalization, and stage and record-type definitions● Execute territory and book reassignments as we restructure our AE and AM books,including the bulk ownership changes and the reporting to track them● Build the Salesforce objects, fields, and dashboards for renewal ownership andretention tracking, retiring the spreadsheets that hold this today● Audit and tune our Gong, Salesforce, and BigQuery integrations, document whatsyncs where, fix what's broken, and troubleshoot integration breaks within onebusiness day● Create a data dictionary for the Salesforce fields and objects our BigQuery on, so our analytics don't rely on tribal knowledge● Build declarative flows (and light scripting where needed) that remove manual workfrom the revenue team● Leave everything better documented than you found it, with a clear map of oursystems, integrations, and known data issues, plus a written handoff for anything thatneeds ongoing care

Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce, ideally at more than one company(Salesforce certification a plus, not required)● Deep comfort with data hygiene, reporting structure, and CRM governance, cleaning up someone else's org● Hands-on experience with Gong and at least one of Outreach, HubSpot, or a similarsales engagement tool, including their Salesforce sync● Some scripting or automation experience (light Python, Zapier, n8n, or similar) andcomfort going beyond point-and-click configuration● Familiarity with BigQuery or another data warehouse fed by Salesforce is a plus
● Strong ownership and independence, with the ability to drive a scope to completion,flag early when something is bigger than it looked, and document what you built so itlasts● Availability for a consistent ~20 hours a week during US Mountain business hours,with the ability to respond to break/fix issues within one business day● Alignment with Clozd's core values: vision, drive, empathy, stewardship, authenticity,and integrity

Engagement Details
● Type: Independent contractor (1099 or through your own entity)● Hours: ~20 hours/week, billed hourly against a monthly cap● Term: 3-month initial term, then month-to-month with 2 weeks' notice either way● Location: Remote, US-based; Mountain time overlap preferred● Start: As soon as possible
