This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 1 day travel into our Prague office (Thursday). This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

The People team supports everyone at Arden, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, employee relations and reward. We partner with managers across the university to build a positive, supportive and high-performing workplace.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll provide administrative and coordination support across the recruitment lifecycle: managing candidate communications, arranging interviews, supporting offers and onboarding, and keeping accurate records. As a key point of contact for candidates, you'll help deliver an efficient, professional and positive recruitment experience. This role suits someone highly organised and customer-focused who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
About You:
You're a highly organised, customer-focused administrator who takes pride in getting the details right. You enjoy a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and professionally, and work just as well independently as part of a wider team.
Essential requirements:

Experience coordinating multiple activities and managing competing priorities
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Experience communicating professionally with a variety of stakeholders, customers or service users by email, telephone and online
-
Strong data literacy, with experience maintaining accurate records, working with databases and handling information confidentially and in line with compliance requirements
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Desirable requirements:
-
Experience in the higher education sector
-
Experience supporting hiring projects or continuous improvement initiatives

Experience using a range of online platforms and systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR systems, CRM systems and Microsoft 365

Knowledge of right-to-work checks (UK, Germany and Czech Republic), pre-employment screening and employment documentation, with an understanding of data protection principles
