About the job
As a Hemophilia Marketing Intern on the Rare Blood Disorder Marketing Team, you will directly participate in various marketing activities to provide innovative treatments to hemophilia patients. You will experience the process of creating real change for patients based on scientific evidence and marketing strategies, and gain broad practical experience ranging from product launch preparation to strategy development and execution. Main :
- Analyze market environment and competitive landscape, and conduct customer and market insight research for the successful launch of hemophilia treatments.
- Support the development of marketing content strategies, such as core product messages, promotional materials, and educational materials, and their localization for the Korean market.
- Support the development of product launch and market entry strategies, including customer segmentation, customer profiling, identification of key stakeholders, and detailed execution planning.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs), create dashboards and reports, and analyze the progress and performance of marketing activities.
- Support effective execution of marketing strategies through collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Medical.
About you
β Eligibility: Undergraduate/graduate students (Bachelor's: completed 7+ semesters | Master's: completed 3+ semesters) and those who have delayed graduation or are expected to graduate.
- Experience: Relevant work experience is not a mandatory requirement; we are looking for those with a high interest and passion for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
- Soft skills and technical competencies: Individuals who think logically and strategically and can learn new information quickly. Comfortable using digital tools and eager to actively learn and utilize new technologies and AI.
- Preferred majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences/Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Data Analysis-related majors (not mandatory).
- English proficiency: Ability to communicate (speaking and writing) in English at a level capable of performing tasks in a global environment.
