Job Description

Lead and develop the team through 1:1s, feedback, performance reviews, and development plans;

Identify opportunities and performance gaps, conducting actions for individual and collective growth;

Develop new benchmarks and leadership within the teams;
-
Ensure monitoring of execution, results, and key performance indicators;
-
Transform problems and indicators into action plans, driving solutions from end to end;
-
Act with autonomy in decisions related to the teams, escalating strategic or high-impact topics when necessary;
-
Ensure a balance between speed, quality, availability, predictability, and sustainability of deliveries;
-
Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Architecture, and other related areas;
-
Build solid relationships with the teams consuming the platforms, influencing priorities and removing barriers to adoption;
-
Promote a platform-as-a-product vision, understanding consumer needs and contributing to increasing their perceived value;
-
Maintain sufficient technical knowledge to understand, question, and follow relevant decisions, without the need for direct coding involvement;

Participate in hiring, composition, and team evolution decisions.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technology team leadership, coordination, technical leadership, or equivalent positions;
- Experience with people management and development;
- Experience with software development teams;
- Analytical capacity and experience using indicators for decision-making;
- Autonomy for problem-solving and conducting actions within the team's scope;
- Good communication, influence, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build relationships with different areas and levels of the organization;
- Sufficient technical knowledge to understand scenarios, risks, and engineering decisions;
- Systemic vision and results orientation.
