About the Role

As a PSP Coordinator, you will be responsible for comprehensively leading Patient Support Programs in Immunology in Mexico, covering budget planning and control, service provider lifecycle management, and strict compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards regarding compliance, , and data protection. Furthermore, you will translate high-level initiatives and partnerships defined by the Strategic Partner into measurable results, managing the entire program cycle: design, implementation, KPI monitoring, risk management, and reporting to regional leadership.

As a senior role within the PSP structure, you will lead teams through influence, manage budgets and contracts, and act as the primary point of contact for Business, Medical, Compliance, Regulatory, , and Procurement areas, ensuring the program is executed with the highest standards of quality, ethics, and a patient-centric approach.

Key :

• Comprehensively lead the Patient Support Program (PSP) in Immunology, ensuring its design, implementation, execution, and continuous improvement through cross-functional management oriented toward operational excellence.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and corporate tools, ensuring compliance with processes, documentation, internal audits, and operational risk mitigation.
• Translate strategic initiatives into effective execution plans, coordinating internal teams and providers to ensure the correct implementation and continuity of program operations.
• Comprehensively manage PSP providers, including selection, bidding, contracting, performance tracking, contractual compliance, and execution of corrective plans.
• Manage the program budget, leading financial planning, expense control, billing validation, and resource optimization in collaboration with Finance.
• Design, implement, and govern new patient support programs, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, data protection, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact with business units and key stakeholders, identifying barriers, leading resolution plans, and representing the program before areas such as Regulatory, Compliance, Procurement, , and Medical leadership.

About You

Experience:

• Solid experience leading projects, programs, and teams in matrix organizations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and highly regulated environments.
• Track record in the design, implementation, and management of Patient Support Programs (PSP), developing patient-centric solutions that improve access to therapy throughout different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and program transformation, including the implementation of new digital capabilities and process optimization that improve the experience and outcomes for patients.

Soft and Technical Skills:

• Leadership and management of teams, with the ability to develop talent and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Financial and budget management, including planning, resource control, and tracking of performance indicators.

• Provider and contract administration, with experience in bidding processes (RFP), negotiation, and management of external services.

• Knowledge of the regulatory framework and pharmaceutical compliance, including , data privacy, and ethical handling of sensitive information.

• Project management and results analysis, using tracking tools, KPIs, and methodologies to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.

• Cross-functional communication and influence, with a collaborative approach, patient orientation, and the ability to resolve operational challenges.

Education:

• University degree in Medical Professions, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Nursing, Psychology, or other Health Science fields.

• Alternative profiles (Administration, Engineering, International Business) that demonstrate the experience and expertise described in this document will also be considered.

• Desirable: additional training in project management, business administration, or public health.

Languages: Advanced English, written and oral, for collaboration with regional and global teams.
