About the role

As a USP Production Support Coordinator within our Manufacturing & Supply team, you will play a key role in coordinating the USP Production Support department. You will ensure the smooth operation of cell culture production activities by providing on-site technical support, managing improvement projects, monitoring operational performance, and supporting teams in a demanding environment governed by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HSE standards.

**Key **

• Supervise and develop a team of 4 to 6 employees dedicated to supporting USP production activities, ensuring activity prioritization and workload optimization.
• Lead technical projects for the USP sector (process improvement, introduction of new equipment, performance optimization) and coordinate associated partners and consultants.
• Contribute to managing the sector's operational performance in collaboration with the PCU Leader through Quality, Lead Time, Cost, and HSE indicators.
• Provide technical support to production teams, resolve complex issues, conduct deviation investigations, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage changes related to processes, equipment, and consumables, while ensuring regulatory and GMP compliance.
• Develop and deploy continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to strengthen the robustness and efficiency of operations.
• Participate in audits and inspections, contribute to HSE investigations, and ensure the application of safety, quality, and compliance standards.

About you

• Higher education degree in science or engineering in biotechnology, process engineering, biochemistry, or an equivalent discipline.
• Significant experience in a or regulated industrial environment, ideally in USP activities and production support.
• Experience in team coordination and technical project management.
• Strong command of GMP, investigation tools (5 Whys, 5M, root cause analysis), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze production data, make decisions, and influence in a cross-functional environment.
• Leadership, team spirit, rigor, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in French and a good level of professional English.

The salary range for this position is: €48,000.00 - €64,000

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
