Join our Tommy Hilfiger team at La Vallée Village as a Stock Team Leader (m/f/d)* on a permanent 35h contract!

Here are the you will be entrusted with to achieve our common goals:

MANAGE THE TEAM

• Anticipate and co-organize store merchandising activities

• Onboard, train, and ensure the skill development of team members

• Inform, co-lead, and mobilize the team regarding store activity

MANAGE VISUAL LAYOUT AND PRODUCT DISPLAY:

• Create a unique customer experience and sell products through merchandising

• Implement products on the sales floor and create window displays in accordance with guidelines

• Analyze revenue, sales indicators, and renew merchandise placement based on sales performance (restocking)

• Set up commercial operations and ensure their follow-up

• Propose products to improve merchandising performance

• Ensure the store is well-maintained (tidiness, organization, cleanliness)

About you

Ideally, you have initial experience in the fashion, retail, or commerce sector. At PVH, we are open to profiles from diverse backgrounds.
