Job Description

Navigacom is the infrastructure-specialized entity of Meritis (Enterprise Networks, Cybersecurity, Digital Workspace, Cloud & Infrastructure). We are developing an internal AI platform designed to accelerate and standardize the production of mission deliverables and to automate internal processes. The internship will be carried out in pairs, within the team leading the project, in direct contact with user consultants. The scope is operational: the developments are intended to be put into production, not to remain as prototypes.

Main Missions

The pair will be in charge of the platform from end to end:

• Map recurring deliverables and internal processes of the firm (production time, annual volumes, variability points) to establish baselines.
• Design and develop reusable AI components (templates, specialized agents, business rule libraries) for high-volume use cases.
• Handle a priority internal process from end to end: technical feasibility of connections to the IS, prototyping, reliability testing, error case management.
• Build the evaluation system: representative test sets, quality criteria (accuracy, completeness, format compliance, confidentiality), automated scoring or human review, regression detection.
• Measure the gains obtained compared to the baselines and present them in a usable form for investment decision-making.
• Iterate with pilot users and document the work to allow for its takeover and evolution by a third party.

Qualifications

• Student in the final year of an engineering school or master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, data, or artificial intelligence.
• Python; understanding of language models (functioning and limitations); prompt engineering; notions of RAG and agentic architectures; Git.
• Depending on the focus: REST API and authentication, or solid foundations in statistics (sampling, comparison of measures, significance) and notions of software testing.
• Previous experience on an applied AI project is appreciated.
