About the job
We are looking for a team member who can effectively lead collaboration with their assigned area, as well as with Regeneron sales offices and MRs, to maximize the value of DUPIXENT across all current and future indications in the ENT/Nasal Polyps field.
Job :
- Handle influential customers and projects with high levels of difficulty and specialization, and build new relationships and develop markets while involving internal and external stakeholders.

Understand company strategy, maintain a high-level perspective that encompasses the entire company, sales department, and sales office, actively engage in solving other members' issues, and drive the sales office and department in terms of mindset and the quality and quantity of activities by involving internal and external stakeholders such as office managers, sales managers, headquarters, and Regeneron office managers and representatives.

Understand the Take the LEAD strategy, discuss and formulate action plans based on product and sales strategies with Regeneron office managers, manage the regional area, and work toward achieving goals. In addition to achieving results in the assigned area, pay attention to team members' activities and provide support as needed.

Contribute to achieving sales department and office goals by taking on roles such as managing multiple KOLs who have influence nationwide or within the sales department, or demonstrating influence across a wide area equivalent to a sales office manager, thereby independently promoting understanding of the company's product message and behavioral change, and exerting ripple effects both inside and outside the assigned area.
- Contribute to achieving sales office goals by providing appropriate advice and support to members for achieving their goals, based on industry and company codes of conduct.

Actively communicate with sales office members, identify issues in facility penetration and business skills, and provide continuous advice for overcoming these issues in consultation with the office manager.

Monitor the progress of the sales office plan, propose progress and issues to the office manager as appropriate, and proactively work with members to support the office manager so that members can complete the sales office plan with a positive mindset.

Maintain a high-level perspective, understand the essence of policies, and consult with supervisors on how to respond, while supplementing the background and reasons for what needs to be done to involved members to gain their agreement and motivate them.
- Correctly understand the latest internal and external rules and conduct activities with a patient-centric mindset.
- Compliance & Integrity: Constantly check and understand the latest industry rules and Sanofi Policy, reflect on one's own actions, and incorporate feedback from supervisors and sales office members into daily activities.
Post-marketing surveillance/side effect/complaint handling, etc.: Reliably monitor and appropriately operate compliance items such as GVP, GPSP, safety information, OUG, quality control, and fair price maintenance.

Contribution to society through products: Contribute to society by continuously developing appropriate promotions and disease awareness, and delivering products to all patients in need as soon as possible.

Proactively engage in activities to improve the sales office work environment, participate in creating a workplace where everyone can demonstrate high performance, and contribute as the office manager's right-hand person.
In particular, the L2-2 position in the ENT field requires the following:
We are looking for someone who is motivated to work on the following five points to lead the role as a CSA and maximize the value of DUPIXENT in the current and future indication of Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP), by acting from the perspective of area management not only for their own area but also for the related Regeneron sales office areas, and by working to build a winning team.

Area Management Capability: Act as the point of contact for Regeneron sales offices to quickly notice issues occurring in each area, discuss solutions with office managers and related members, and take the lead in addressing them. We are looking for someone who can act as a hub between Regeneron and Sanofi headquarters (Marketing, MSL, PSL) and think and act to facilitate smooth communication.

Activity & Communication Skills: Set an example with an overwhelming amount of activity in the area. Also, be someone who can clarify issues and promptly revise strategies by quickly communicating information obtained from that activity to team members and headquarters.

As you will be in charge of a wide area and also work on collaboration and some development of members and co-promotion MRs, we are looking for someone who can discipline and manage themselves.

About you
Required Experience:

Experience in KOL management while in charge of university hospitals or core hospitals as a CSA (MR) or MSL

Experience in organizing new initiatives or holding seminars involving KOLs as the lead
-
Experience in co-promotion and experience in leading and managing a team

Specialized knowledge in biological products and the immunology field

Ability to actively challenge new environments and experiences you have not had before
