What will your work involve?

• Leading and guiding a professional team that assesses the of individuals.
• Responsibility for the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of credit decision-making.
• Guiding the team in assessing and making credit decisions,
• Coordinating and reviewing credit proposals and materials for decision-making bodies,
• Monitoring the team and improving the quality and efficiency of decision-making,
• Providing professional support to commercial units and organizing training,
• Participating in changes and the introduction of new products, processes, tools, and systems,
• Identifying complex cases and timely involvement of relevant departments.

What do we expect?

• At least a VII. level of education in economics, finance, or another relevant field,
• Experience in credit analysis and decision-making,
• Knowledge of the banking environment and credit products,
• Experience in leading or professionally guiding colleagues,
• Good knowledge of the English language,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel,
