The Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) project currently involves the planning, design and construction of circa 320km of new strategic, large diameter, clean water interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure across Anglian Water’s region. The SPA Alliance is also taking on responsibility for the future interconnector pipelines, a further 260km of strategic interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure.
Reporting to the SPM, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of day to day site office activities to ensure smooth running of the office. They will assist the Project team with tracking essential deliverables, throughout construction and for project completion, and maintaining overarching communication between different teams across SPA
The role is site based

Support the SPM, PM’s and project team with organisation of meetings and taking minutes / actions and produce summary emails.

Maintain an action log and follow up on due actions with owners

Keep Permit, RAMS and Plant registers up to date.

Liaison with contractors to ensure key documentation deliverables are met

Maintain plant and equipment registers along with coordination of calibration

Responsible for building and maintaining a record of what training/qualifications we hold for all team members, including when they expire.

For New Starters, support with relevant inductions, onboarding and site accesses.

Be responsible for the coordination of deliverables & Gateway presentations, relating to the project.

Work with Document Control to ensure project files comply with the document management requirements.

Data Collation & Management

Maintain & upload deliverables and proof of deliverables

Communicating with all site staff (CM,SM and project teams)

Sharing wellbeing info and promoting the monthly wellbeing themes

Maintaining stock of office supplies and PPE,
-
Handling ticket costing and invoice exceptions
-
Ordering materials for site, site call off orders, maintain goods received register

Maintaining highways coordination sheet, liaising with councils, submitting TTRO’s and permits,

Monitoring permits to go live and to close, reinstatement notices, and communication with the traffic management company

Ensure Fire Emergency response plan is adhered to, co-ordinating fire alarm drills and ensuring fire extinguisher checks are conducted with records maintained

Essential

- NVQ level 2 in Business Administration
