Job Description

Engineering Manager — Membership

Squads under management: Consented Data (Openfinance + User Data), Financial Diagnosis (Score), Financial Navigator.

• Lead 3 technical squads, with coordinators reporting directly
• Define and track the technical roadmap of the squads in conjunction with product
• Manage headcount, span of control, and seniority of the teams
• Ensure delivery, quality, and operational health of the squads' systems

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an engineering manager leading multiple squads;
• Experience with financial data or consent products (Openfinance, score, KYC);
• Experience in structuring teams from scratch.
