Overview
You will join the IT Service Monitoring and Major Incident Management structure within Group Technology, where you will contribute to the creation and technological evolution of digital tools and platforms supporting IT governance processes, specifically in the areas of Service Level Management and Monitoring.
You will be responsible for the design, development, and management of application solutions integrated into the corporate IT ecosystem, collaborating with teams composed of experienced and competent technical and functional experts.
You will play a concrete role in the ongoing digital transformation journey and in business process automation projects that enable new working models.
What your activities will be
- Design and develop software components and application features related to IT governance processes and tools
- Analyze technical and functional requirements, translating them into secure, maintainable solutions integrated with corporate platforms and systems
- Contribute to testing, release, technical documentation drafting, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all applications within the scope
- Participate in evolution, innovation, and transformation projects for the corporate information system, in synergy with extended and work groups
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT solutions, proposing technical simplifications and interventions aimed at increasing the quality, security, and performance of the application ecosystem
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 1-3 years of experience in the role
- Mastery of secure software design and development principles and Integrated Development Environments (IDE)
- Technical skills in Javascript, Java, C#, SQL programming languages, and in the reference frameworks Angular, Spring, and .NET
- Technical knowledge of relational data models, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases, and data analysis, dashboard, and reporting tools like Power BI
- Basic knowledge of software-lifecycle tools and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with "AI-assisted coding" platforms such as Claude-Code and Copilot
- Fundamentals of integrated, multi-tier, service-oriented, and cloud-native enterprise application architectures
- Good knowledge of the English language, minimum level B2
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent path
