Job detail for Senior Project Manager

With a view to strengthening our Technology structure, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management team, with consolidated experience in managing complex projects.

Your mission

Lead the implementation of projects in the IT, Cloud, and Infrastructure sectors, capable of guiding stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring the achievement of objectives while respecting timelines, costs, and quality.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects.

• Plan activities, resources, and budgets, constantly monitoring progress and performance.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and operational effectiveness.

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.

• Identify and manage risks and critical issues, defining the necessary corrective actions.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to company standards.

• Lead digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, and Cloud migration projects.

• Coordinate initiatives related to Data Center, networking, systems, virtualization, cybersecurity, and IT services.

• Manage suppliers and technology partners, monitoring SLAs, KPIs, costs, and service levels.

• Support the economic governance of projects through budget control, forecasting, and final accounts.

The ideal profile

We are looking for a person with consolidated experience in managing complex projects, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and operating effectively in IT, Cloud, and Infrastructure contexts, contributing to the achievement of company goals.

Professional requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, , or related fields.

• At least 10 years of previous experience in Project Management roles within IT, Cloud, and Infrastructure contexts.

• Proven experience in managing complex projects related to Cloud Computing, Data Center, Network, and enterprise IT services.

• Possession of PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, minimum C1 level.

Initial salary: from € 55.000

The position includes a variable component, linked to the achievement of objectives and defined in accordance with the of the role.

The final classification and salary offer will be defined based on objective and consistent criteria, including professional experience, technical skills, and the of the role.
