Overview

We are looking for people passionate about artificial intelligence, with a particular interest in generative and agentic AI, to join our Compliance department. The resource will contribute to the development, dissemination, and adoption of solutions based on Microsoft Copilot, collaborating with teams from various departments in designing agents and prompts capable of simplifying and automating manual and recurring tasks. The role requires curiosity about new technologies, collaboration skills, and an interest in translating the potential of AI into concrete solutions for Compliance.

What your activities will be

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and support the team in the following activities:

• Support the design, configuration, experimentation, and evolution of agents developed with generative and agentic AI to support the processes and activities of the Compliance functions
• Collect the operational needs of colleagues, verify their feasibility, and translate them into use cases, preparing effective prompts and instructions through agents (e.g., Copilot)
• Provide initial technical-functional support to colleagues, contributing to the resolution of recurring questions and the sharing of solutions and best practices

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• Interest and passion for new technologies and artificial intelligence, in particular for generative and agentic AI, and for its applications in business processes
• Good familiarity with Microsoft 365 and, more generally, with the main AI models such as GPT, Gemini, and Claude; knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio is a plus
• Knowledge of the main low-code/no-code platforms, with particular reference to Microsoft Power Platform, for process automation and rapid development of solutions to support business activities
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
