Tasks you will become an expert in:

• Collecting and analyzing data through interviews and workshops to determine business criticality.
• Recording data in bank and parent company systems.
• Verifying and analyzing collected data and information (quality assurance) and obtaining management approvals.
• Collaborating with business areas to analyze, document, and prepare for situations that threaten business processes.
• Participating in the development, operation, training, and testing of BCM solutions.
• Performing organizational tasks related to plans for business processes and outsourced activities (creation, review, supplementation, tracking changes).
• Preparing reports for internal and external parties, as well as authorities, based on a predefined structure and frequency.
• Coordinating events during incidents or crisis situations according to the escalation order and protocol, identifying problems, and reporting them to relevant partner and business areas.
• Actively participating in business continuity projects in close cooperation with partner areas.

• You handle stressful situations well.
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite at a strong user level.
