Job Description
Purpose of the role:
The Technical Leader is responsible for detailed analysis and design, construction, and delivery for quality and user testing to release software components that meet agreed-upon acceptance criteria, ensuring adherence to defined policies, standards, and metrics. They must have detailed technical knowledge of all software components under their charge. They are also responsible for managing vendors that support the solutions under their charge and ensuring compliance with dates and work plans necessary to meet tasks. They also monitor installations once they have been placed in production and ensure their correct operation.
They also ensure compliance with the enterprise architecture and security regulations requested by the company so that solutions are framed within these definitions.
Role :

Perform detailed analysis and design for the implementation of projects and product versions assigned, within the vision, guidelines, policies, and standards defined in IT.

Ensure that the detailed analysis and design of the components under their charge are kept up to date.

Manage the activities of the assigned software construction team for project execution, performing daily monitoring of activities that allow the Development Director/Program Manager to take timely actions to achieve compliance with agreed commitments.

Build and deliver software components that meet assigned functional and non-functional requirements, as well as defined effort, duration, and quality metrics.

Report daily the time invested in each of the activities performed, as well as progress against planned schedules, so that the Development Director/Program Manager has timely and accurate information to facilitate decision-making to meet commitments.

Ensure compliance with security regulations validated with the organization's security control teams.

Ensure compliance with DevOps processes.

Ensure compliance with the company's Enterprise Architecture regulations.
Qualifications
Education: Systems or Electronic Engineer
Experience: Three years working in leadership roles on software construction projects involving vendors, five years working in software developer roles.
Required technical knowledge:
-
Java, knowledge in the design and implementation of service-oriented platforms that make use of corporate integration buses; experience designing and exposing SOAP and RESTful services is desirable, as well as cloud processes and containers.

Experience in Angular for the development of dynamic web applications.

Experience programming integrations with NoSQL databases and/or data warehouses; experience with DocumentDB and DynamoDB is desirable.

Extensive knowledge of the AWS cloud, including integrations with Lambda, S3, Step Functions, SQS, and AWS Glue.
Competencies: Results-oriented, planning and organization, communication, leadership, consultative skills.
