About the role

As an intern within our Quality Compliance team in the Engineering & Maintenance department, you will participate in managing periodic reviews of quality documents and provide support for the creation and updating of quality documents, particularly for the metrology department. Key :

• Participate in managing periodic review requests for the department's quality documents, ensuring deadlines are met
• Provide support for the development and monitoring of the document review smoothing plan to ensure a balanced and controlled distribution of deadlines
• Contribute to the revision and creation of quality documents by providing methodological support to the department's teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the engineering & maintenance and quality assurance divisions to ensure the consistency and alignment of quality documents with current standards
• Get involved in the revision of metrology department forms, ensuring their compliance and regular updates
• Propose improvements for the continuous enhancement of document processes and associated tracking tools

About you

• Technical and soft skills: Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy. Knowledge of quality management and ISO 9001 standards, interest in document management systems and regulatory compliance
• Education: Master's degree (bac+5) in quality management, quality assurance, or a related field
• Languages: Intermediate English
