Overview
You will join the Group Technology Department of Intesa Sanpaolo, within the Forex Money Market & Collateral Management Platform, and work as a Software Engineer in a team composed of both Project Managers and Functional Analysts to participate in medium/high complexity development projects for applications in the Finance Area.
What your activities will be
- Analyze requirements and business needs with functional analysts to identify architectures and technical solutions, detailing technical specifications and evaluating impacts
- Prepare estimates and technical analyses and interact with the external development team for software implementation, following the various project phases
- Directly handle part of the software development for custom products
- Execute tests with functional analysts, including necessary technical and performance tests; follow the release into production and related follow-ups, in compliance with company regulations
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 3-5 years of experience in medium or high complexity IT projects in the Banking sector
- Knowledge of major financial products and experience in application development in the Finance sector, gained at Software Houses or similar contexts
- Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
- English level B2 or higher
- Experience in architectural design and microservices development
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix shell
- Skills in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, HTML, Angular, API REST, SQL, PL/SQL and code versioning systems
- Experience with Oracle, MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases
Preferred qualifications include:
- Knowledge of cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
- Significant professional or study experiences in international contexts
