Job Description

You will work for one of our clients in the specialized sports retail sector. As part of their infrastructure modernization, an initial project is underway with a service provider, and the goal is to extend this momentum to the store network.

Your main missions:

• Manage the service provider in charge of the scoping study: scoping the perimeter and workload, monitoring the schedule and milestones, facilitating follow-up meetings, and resolving blockers
• Challenge and secure the study deliverables (current state analysis, scenarios, target trajectory, prerequisites, costing, risk analysis) before client validation
• Contribute to defining the migration trajectory for messaging from Exchange On-Premises to Exchange Online for the store perimeter
• Contribute to defining the deployment scenario for the Microsoft 365 Apps suite across the store fleet (packaging, update channels, licenses, remote operation constraints)

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365: Exchange Online and migration from Exchange On-Premises, Microsoft 365 Apps (deployment, licenses, update channels), tenant administration
• Identity and Access Management: Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra Connect, identity models, and privileged account management
• Windows 10 / 11 workstation: domain or Entra ID join, master and packaging, management via Intune and / or SCCM, patch management
• Workstation security: removal of local administrator rights, handling of generic accounts and automatic login
• Multi-site environments such as store networks: network constraints, remote operation, absence of local IT support
• Project and service provider management: planning, deliverable review, risk management, reporting, and governance
