Product Manager Nephrology-Cardiology (M/F)

Here is what your daily life would look like
Within the Cardiology-Nephrology-Rare Diseases Business Unit, you are in charge of a key molecule in the management of chronic kidney disease, operating in a demanding, complex, and evolving market. This mature product, a market leader, constitutes an important growth lever for the subsidiary and the Business Unit. You are also in charge of business continuity in cardiology, within a more limited scope of activity.
As a Product Manager, you are the marketing point of contact for the product and ensure the operational deployment as well as the management of all marketing activities. Your main missions will be:
- Co-construct the product strategy and manage the France marketing plan
In close connection with the Marketing Manager, you are responsible for defining and executing the strategic and tactical plan for your product.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:

Analyzing your market, the competitive environment, the patient journey, and target mapping, in collaboration with medical, sales, and field teams.

Co-constructing the strategic positioning, key messages, and value proposition of the product, in compliance with proper usage.

Developing an ambitious marketing and tactical plan, adapted to the specificities of the French market while respecting budget envelopes.

Designing and deploying omnichannel marketing campaigns adapted to the needs and specificities of healthcare professionals.

Managing the development of product and environment materials, in coordination with regulatory, medical, legal, and compliance teams.

Ensuring active competitive intelligence and proposing specific marketing initiatives adapted to market needs and developments.
- Execute the defined action plan in an agile, reactive, and rigorous manner
As a true conductor, you ensure rigorous and impactful operational execution.
In particular, you are responsible for:

Co-creating and developing innovative marketing campaigns (product, environment, and services), in close collaboration with experts, service providers, and field teams.

Ensuring the implementation and monthly monitoring of performance indicators for your campaigns, to ensure rigorous implementation of your plan (customer segmentation, targeting, results analysis).

Quickly adapting and adjusting your campaigns based on market and competitive developments.

Designing and successfully carrying out differentiating projects.
- Provide leadership for your brands and optimal cross-functional coordination
As a recognized cross-functional leader, you ensure optimal coordination of the teams involved with the product.
As the leader of your cross-functional team, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating, through the implementation of efficient governance, the activities of cross-functional departments within the framework of projects around the product.

Coordinating budget allocation and compliance with the tactical commitments of your cross-functional team (action plan).

Engaging sales forces with each new campaign, and monitoring the impact of the proposed tools.

Supporting a junior product manager on a work-study program, by entrusting them with structuring projects and ensuring the monitoring of their development.

Exchanging with product managers from the French subsidiary and other Amgen subsidiaries to promote the sharing of best practices and operational excellence.
This position constitutes a solid development opportunity, offering complete exposure to marketing and strategic issues.
- Play a driving role within the marketing team and contribute to cross-functional projects of the BU and the subsidiary
Beyond your product scope, you actively contribute to the collective dynamic of the marketing team and to high-impact cross-functional initiatives for the Business Unit and the subsidiary.
In this capacity, you will be asked to:

Share your expertise, learnings, and best practices to strengthen collective skill development and execution excellence.

Contribute to structuring cross-functional projects for the BU and the subsidiary, particularly around marketing excellence, innovation, omnichannel, or continuous improvement.

Be a driving force in identifying, testing, and disseminating new approaches, tools, or methods to increase the impact of marketing actions.

Education and experience

Higher education (Master's degree) in science, pharmacy, medicine, or business school.

Confirmed experience in pharmaceutical marketing (minimum 2 years excluding work-study).

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in marketing, is desired.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, including prioritization and budget management, and to influence without hierarchical authority.
