Senior/Lead Relationship Manager (m/f) in the Large Domestic Corporate Clients Center

(work location Zagreb)

The position includes:

• active management of the sales process, including the acquisition of new clients and the development and maintenance of high-quality relationships with the existing client portfolio
• identifying client business needs, presenting appropriate Bank products and services, and negotiating terms
• structuring new transactions and preparing individually tailored offers, in accordance with client needs, internal Bank rules, and market conditions
• continuous monitoring of the entire business relationship with clients, taking into account the strategic goals of the Bank and the Group, as well as the potential for further development of cooperation
• coordinating activities with other organizational units of the Bank to ensure high-quality, timely, and comprehensive support to clients
• collecting necessary documentation and processing requests for risk products

Formal requirements that all candidates must meet are:

• University degree in Economics
• 3 years of work experience in the banking/financial sector
• advanced knowledge of English in speech and writing
• advanced computer skills (MS Office)
