As a Senior Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a key role in our complete learning cycle. From organizing external conference subscriptions for employees, facilitating and managing various communities of practice, meeting external training service providers, to tracking Bill 90 data, you will tackle various training aspects. In this role you will:
Contribute to the evolution of the internal learning offer. Take part in building a roadmap aligned with studio priorities, help track success indicators and provide input for impact reporting.
Lead training needs analyses across disciplines and projects. Conduct workshops, assess the needs, advise internal clients on the best approach and deploy the solutions.
Lead learning initiatives that span multiple teams, acting as the L&D expert for stakeholders and managing scope, timelines and milestones through to delivery.
Design and facilitate collaborative formats such as project workshops, round tables, communities of practice meetings that encourage teams to share knowledge and learn from each other.
Build and guide a network of internal experts (SMEs). Coach them on facilitation, best practices, and set quality standards for various training initiatives.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS). Create and maintain training sessions, handle bug reports, and recommend improvements that make learning easier to find and use.
Design and produce learning content in various formats, including video editing, e-learning, remote and live workshops.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication Studies, Organizational Development, or a relevant field.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience with tools such as Storyline, Rise Articulate and DaVinci Resolve (an asset).
Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
Strong communications skills, both in French and English (oral and written).
Ability to create long lasting positive collaborations with various stakeholders and internal experts.
Strong instructional design skills in multiple formats, both in-person and online.
