Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Manager - Quality to join our team! In this role you will get the opportunity to lead all quality activities under your projects/sector.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop processes and procedures for the various business activities based on ISO 9001 Standard.
• Provide quality training to internal and external stakeholders
• Manages project's NCRs
• Ensures Parsons and Client quality requirements are met
• Plan and execute internal and external quality audits
• Be the point of contact with internal and external entities regarding all quality related issues in the project/sector.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 15+ years of related work experience in the field of Quality, including 7+ years of experience in a management capacity.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
• ASQ certification (CMQ/CQE.) or other related certifications/accreditation.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• High verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills, including presentation to executive management and large number of audiences
• Excellent proficiency in Micro Soft Office
