Job Description
The business consulting area is responsible for guiding the client toward the continuous improvement of their processes at each stage of the credit cycle (planning, origination, maintenance, and collection). Supported by the solutions provided by Experian, strategies, diagnostics, and analyses are developed to allow our clients to maximize their profits.
Purpose of the role:
The Senior Business Consultant is an expert in the different stages of the credit risk cycle, digital transformation, and data governance. Their vision and business experience allow them to generate insights that enrich client processes and propose models that transform and improve their operations.
Deliverables:
- Must identify high-value opportunities for clients regarding the optimization and improvement of their indicators for: placement, risk, non-performing loans, churn, and propose analytical models, policies, and studies that transform the client's operation.
- Must have a global vision of the market and be able to identify specific deviations that the client can correct in their indicators and opportunities that can be captured in accordance with changing trends.

- Support the consulting sales process based on their experience and business vision to help the client understand the value that Experian provides through its solutions.
- Provide consulting services and conduct Business Reviews to help clients identify needs and opportunities in specialized areas.
- Share experience and knowledge through existing local and global best practices to support clients in their business objectives.
- Develop solutions tailored to the client's needs based on market practices and the solutions the company has available.
- Manage the development and implementation of consulting for clients, including technical design, architecture, solution integration, analysis, analytical models, and consulting man-days.
- Develop the value proposition for clients, clearly differentiating the client's strategic challenges, how products/solutions contribute to the development of the strategy, and how these impact results.
- Develop data governance consulting, seeking to optimize the client's use of data, ensure market best practices, and protect the consumption of bureau products.
- Develop digital transformation consulting, seeking to integrate Experian solutions into our clients' Customer Journey.
- Develop success stories regarding the use of products and services that allow for positioning sales through objective measurements of the impact generated on the clients' financial results.
Qualifications
Education: Industrial Engineer, Mathematical Economist, Business Administrator, or related fields. Specialization in Administration, Finance, Business Intelligence, Product Management, or Project Management.
Experience: 3+ years of experience, 1-2 years in related roles in companies in the financial, , or insurance sectors in roles related to solution or product support, business intelligence, software, and consulting.
Required technical knowledge:
