Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join an international team in charge of collecting, ensuring the reliability of, and leveraging data from tracking and digital marketing environments.

Your main :

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines on GCP

• Work on flows from Google Tag Manager and contribute to their reliability

• Implement controls and mechanisms to improve data quality, consistency, and availability

• Participate in the transformation and structuring of data to facilitate its use by Data, Marketing, and business teams

• Contribute to the design and evolution of the central data platform

• Develop and optimize distributed processing and Data pipelines

• Participate in technical choices and the continuous improvement of the Data architecture

• Industrialize deployments and infrastructure via Terraform and CI/CD practices

• Collaborate with Data, Cloud, and Marketing teams, as well as various technical project stakeholders.

• Guarantee the quality, maintainability, and performance of developments.

Technical environment:

• Cloud: GCP

• Data: BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Bigtable

• Development: Python and/or Java

• Streaming / messaging: Kafka

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform

• CI/CD: GitHub Actions

• Data Marketing: Google Tag Manager, tracking data, customer personalization

Qualifications

• You have an engineering degree / Master's degree in data
• You have 3 years of experience in Data Engineering in a GCP cloud environment
• You have strong proficiency in GCP, with concrete experience in services such as BigQuery and Dataflow
• You develop in Python and/or Java;
• You are proficient in Terraform and Kafka
• You are familiar with CI/CD practices, ideally with GitHub Actions
• You speak English and French
