Job Title : Operator 2 Washroom / Equipment Preparation

  • Location: Marcy l’Etoile
  • Work schedule: 2*7 Short discontinuous shift: 5:40 AM - 1:40 PM / 1:15 PM - 9:15 PM

(Possibility of working on Saturdays on a voluntary basis and during the day depending on the production schedule)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator for our washroom / equipment preparation team within Vaccine Formulation and Filling. The operator works in a class D or C zone, in accordance with current regulatory requirements, as part of a motivated team. The operator works in the pharmaceutical formulation stage, the final production step before vaccines are brought to market.

**Key ** :

  • Operate automated equipment for washing production materials: washing machines, high-pressure cleaners
  • Manage the stock of materials and equipment required for production stages
  • Ensure the traceability of operations performed: logs, logbooks, cycle sheets, batch records, and MES
  • Perform sampling (water, air, surface) for environmental monitoring, zone cleaning monitoring, and water monitoring; complete associated documentation and enter data into Master
  • Participate in the treatment of liquid and solid waste from the building (selective sorting)
  • Participate in handling anomalies and preventive and corrective actions
  • Alert to any anomaly in the zone
  • Perform 1st-level maintenance on zone equipment

About you

Experience(s) :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and in a Controlled Atmosphere Zone

  • Ability to work in a team
  • GMP and HSE culture, ability to complete quality documents

Education :

  • Technical Baccalaureate / Baccalaureate level
