Job Description
Join a Product team at the heart of digital transformation
As part of the development of our high-traffic digital products, we are looking for an experienced UX Designer passionate about user experience, user research, and the design of high-performance digital journeys.
Integrated into an Agile Product team, you will actively contribute to the creation and improvement of user experiences on strategic web and mobile applications. You will work in close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, UI Designers, and UX Writers, while being supported by a Lead UX Designer, who ensures the UX vision and strategy.
Your role will be primarily operational, with a strong focus on UX Research, workshop facilitation, and UX production.
Your missions
Design user-centric experiences
- Design and optimize web and mobile user journeys.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Define navigation logic, interaction, and dynamic interface behaviors.
- Actively participate in the production of UX deliverables.
- Translate user and business needs into simple, intuitive, and effective solutions.
Contribute to user research activities
- Prepare and conduct user interviews, user tests, and co-design workshops.
- Analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct competitive benchmarks and UX audits.
- Leverage analytics data and insights from user research.
- Participate in building a user-centric product culture.
Collaborate in an Agile environment
- Work daily with Product and Development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospective, Daily Meeting).
- Collaborate with the Lead UX Designer to ensure alignment with the overall UX vision.
- Contribute to the success of high-stakes business projects.
Ensure UX consistency
- Apply UX standards and design best practices.
- Ensure the consistency of journeys and experiences across all products.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of UX methods and processes.
Qualifications
Your experience
- You have significant experience as an UX Designer within Product teams.
- You have already worked on web and ideally mobile applications.
- You are comfortable in Agile and collaborative environments.
- Experience in the banking, insurance, or fintech sectors is an asset.
Your skills
- Excellent command of Figma and FigJam.
- Expertise in UX Design, User Research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Good command of Design Thinking and User-Centered Design methodologies.
- Ability to design complex user journeys.
- Knowledge of tools such as Lookback, Optimal Workshop, or equivalents.
- Understanding of technical constraints and strong ability to collaborate with development teams.
- Active monitoring of UX, Product, and Design trends.
