About the team:
Become part of our dedicated Rare Diseases franchise team at Sanofi Specialty Care.
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for the Rare Hematology unit identifies, initiates, and manages strategic networks with key opinion leaders, medical societies, and medical centers to enable improved patient care in the relevant therapeutic areas. The focus is on strategic center development, building physician networks, and directly influencing therapy starts in the managed centers. The role carries direct co-responsibility for achieving sales and revenue budgets and works closely with regional and national medical societies.
Key :
Strategic network development and center support
- Establishing and maintaining contact with centers, key opinion leaders, and regional/national medical societies
- Creating and implementing an HCP strategy in close cross-functional coordination as part of brand planning
- Building and maintaining a robust network of external stakeholders/KOLs based on regular network analyses
Event & project management
- Identifying and scaling customer-specific commercial projects
- Planning and executing non-medical projects and , analog, and digital events with regional centers, key opinion leaders, and medical societies
- Identifying and recruiting speakers for events
Field marketing strategy
- Planning and implementing BRM activities in line with the marketing strategy
- Proactively monitoring competitor activities, particularly planned and current studies
- Co-responsibility for achieving sales and revenue budgets

- Responsible budget allocation, budget responsibility for projects and events
- Compliance with legal and other obligations (SOPs) and immediate remediation of identified deficiencies

Professional experience:

Sales experience in a specialized pharmaceutical field force

Project management experience desired

Lateral leadership experience desired

Experience in the indication area is an advantage

Good knowledge of the German healthcare system

Recognition according to AMG § 75 (Certified Pharmaceutical Representative) or scientific background mandatory; PhD is an advantage

The salary range for this position is :€80 724,00 - €107 620
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
