Job Description
The Marketing Intern for the Vaccines area will have the opportunity to apply their scientific background in a business environment, working at the intersection of science, strategy, and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
During this internship, you will gain a comprehensive view of the vaccine business and participate in projects related to strategy for healthcare professionals, analysis of scientific information, development of promotional and educational materials, events, data analysis, and the execution of marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a student with a scientific profile, curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an interest in the pharmaceutical industry, who wants to learn how to transform scientific information into initiatives and tools that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and contribute to business objectives.
These are some of the functions you will perform as a Marketing Intern

Provide support to the Vaccines Marketing area in the implementation and monitoring of its strategies.

Conduct research, review, analysis, and organization of information and scientific literature relevant to the area's projects.

Support the creation, adaptation, and referencing of scientific messages aimed at healthcare professionals, following internal review and approval processes.

Support the management of design and development of materials with external agencies, as well as their monitoring during internal approval processes.

Support the updating and monitoring of dashboards, databases, and management tools for the area.

Follow up on materials assigned to the sales force and support the identification of needs and insights.

Support administrative processes associated with materials, suppliers, quotes, and project execution for the area.

Participate in planning and follow-up meetings with Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
What you should keep in mind to apply

Have the approval of your university to carry out your university internship.

Be a student of a degree related to Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related scientific fields.

Have an interest in developing experience in the pharmaceutical industry and Marketing, applying scientific knowledge to business challenges.

Have the ability to search, read, analyze, and synthesize scientific information.

Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Excel.

Intermediate-advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.

Intermediate-advanced English, with the ability to understand scientific literature.
