This position will be responsible for developing and executing integrated Employer Branding strategies, working in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, and business leadership. The professional will play a fundamental role in building attraction campaigns, strengthening the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and developing initiatives that increase talent engagement and the quality of the candidate experience.

We are looking for someone with a strategic vision, strong execution capability, excellent communication skills, a consultative profile, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.

  • Develop and implement the Employer Branding strategy, aligned with business priorities, market trends, competition, and best practices.
  • Support the evolution and activation of the EVP, ensuring consistency of messaging for internal and external audiences.
  • Develop and execute attraction campaigns for strategic populations, critical roles, and priority business areas, with a focus on diverse and specialized talent.
  • Use market data to guide attraction decisions.
  • Develop storytelling campaigns and ensure consistency of the employer brand narrative (culture, career, diversity, and employee experience).
  • Monitor candidate experience indicators and propose continuous improvements, ensuring alignment with the company's value proposition.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring a consistent transition from candidate to employee experience.
  • Plan and execute attraction events—career fairs, university programs, and networking actions—in in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.
  • Develop relationships with universities, professional communities, and talent groups.
  • Work with D&I to expand the representation of the employer brand, ensuring that campaigns and communications reflect inclusive practices and the company culture.
  • Track Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing indicators (engagement, reach, conversion, and campaign performance), generating data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor the employer brand reputation on platforms like Glassdoor, identifying opportunities for improvement based on feedback and reviews.
  • Act as a strategic partner to TA, HR, Communications, Marketing, and business leadership, managing multiple projects with quality and on time.
  • Support the local implementation of global Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Higher education degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or related areas, including project and campaign management.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Analytical and data-driven profile.
  • Advanced or fluent English for interaction with global teams and leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
