The Care Ecosystem Activation Mgr is part of the Marketing department and works with stakeholders in assigned areas and strategic accounts to build and establish care ecosystems that support the treatment of cardiovascular disease.
In this JD, a "care ecosystem" refers to a system centered on the patient that connects healthcare professionals and medical institutions, including patient education and continuous follow-up. In this role, you will support healthcare professionals and medical institutions in developing, improving, and implementing in-hospital care ecosystems tailored to their respective facilities for the treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) and Chronic Coronary Syndrome (CCS), ensuring they are continuously utilized in actual clinical practice.
You will report to the Care Ecosystem Activation Lead and collaborate with Product Managers, Medical, and Sales teams. You will facilitate collaboration across multiple disciplines and facilities, supporting coordination between hospital teams and those responsible for post-discharge care.
You will be responsible for the progress and results of activities in your assigned areas and strategic accounts. You will analyze facility-specific challenges and treatment gaps, and formulate and execute action plans with stakeholders. Additionally, you will evaluate results based on KPIs and share market insights and implementation learnings to drive improvements.
You will foster a shared understanding among stakeholders, facilitate informed decision-making and coordinated execution, and support the continuous operation of the agreed-upon in-hospital care ecosystem.

Building the Care Ecosystem

Collaboration with stakeholders: Facilitate collaboration with various in-hospital stakeholders, including cardiology, nursing, pharmacy, and hospital administration. Support the formation of a shared understanding regarding roles, clinical processes, and coordination methods among relevant disciplines and facilities.

Continuity of care: Support coordination between healthcare professionals and medical institutions, including patient education and follow-up from admission through post-discharge.
Strategic Account Management

Challenge analysis and execution planning: Analyze facility-specific challenges and gaps in treatment/clinical processes to identify barriers to care ecosystem implementation. Formulate and execute actionable countermeasures with stakeholders.

Cross-functional planning: Collaborate with Product Managers, Medical, and Sales to maintain consistency between area plans and strategic account plans. Evaluate progress using KPIs and revise plans as necessary.
Market Insights and Best Practice Development

Market analysis: Understand market trends and the competitive environment, identify barriers to implementation and potential solutions, and share market knowledge with the Marketing department.

Promoting implementation and adoption in strategic accounts: Support the implementation and continuous utilization of in-hospital care ecosystems in strategic accounts. Collect learnings from implementation and compile best practices that can be shared across areas and accounts.
Project Work
- Participate in cross-functional projects as needed, contributing expertise, skills, and experience related to the construction and utilization of care ecosystems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience and Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

7+ years of experience in KOL management at a pharmaceutical company, including roles in MR or marketing.

Ability to think logically, utilize hypotheses, and act flexibly even in uncertain situations or amidst change.

Strong skills in communication, coordination, and negotiation with stakeholders. Ability to understand English meeting materials and academic papers.

Ability to act ethically, comply with internal regulations, and take responsibility for one's own decisions and actions.

Ability to perform duties consistently in both remote and in-person environments.

Experience in planning and leading projects (e.g., marketing initiatives) is a plus.

Experience in the cardiovascular field is a plus.
