We are recruiting an Apprentice in Supplier Quality Management for a duration of 12 months, based in Igoville, to be filled starting September 1, 2026.

General mission of the role

The Quality System & Compliance/Supplier Quality Management Apprentice will work under the supervision of the Quality System & Compliance/Supplier Quality Management Manager and will be responsible for continuous improvement in supplier quality management and documentation.

Main activities

Within Intervet Production S.A Igoville (Animal Health Igoville), you will join the Quality System & Compliance/Supplier Quality Management team under the supervision of the department manager.

As an apprentice, you will work in close collaboration with cross-functional departments: Purchasing, Production, Laboratory, PTS, and ATS. Your main activities will include:

Continuous improvement of supplier quality management and quality documentation:

• Participate in improving supplier performance by developing the requirements and specifications expected in quality contracts

• Management of supplier quality documentation (qualifications, quality contracts)

• Participate in the implementation of relevant indicators for monitoring supplier complaints, which will allow for the implementation of corrective actions with suppliers where necessary

• Participate in the reduction and simplification of Quality documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Improvement of the procedure awareness process

• Documentary reduction and simplification

Required profile description

Master's degree in Quality or Quality Assurance/Pharmacy student

• You are dynamic and capable of working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders

• You write, understand, and speak English fluently

• Mastery of time management, strong organizational skills, and versatility

• You are familiar with GMP, ISO9001:2015, and ISO2859, ISO15378 standards
