Salary conditions

3250 EUR/month

We offer a salary discussion starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience.

Purpose and job description

Purpose of the position:

Responsibility for managing Compliance risk in the area of ICT, cybersecurity, and Business Continuity in accordance with the requirements of the DORA regulation, Slovak/EU legislation, and ISP group rules. The goal is to ensure the compliance of banking activities, products, and services with relevant regulations, identify non-compliance risks, and propose effective measures for their elimination.

Key :

• Managing Compliance risk in the area of ICT, cybersecurity, and Business Continuity – both independently and in their interconnection.

• Monitoring legislation, requirements of supervisory authorities (NBS, ECB, NBÚ, MF SR), and ISP group rules.

• Assessing the impact of regulations on the bank's operations (gap analysis) and ensuring their implementation.

• Identifying non-compliances, highlighting risks, and proposing corrective measures.

• Consulting and clearing in the area of regulations – support in implementing and adhering to strategies and procedures.

• Control activity from a Compliance perspective – analysis of results, proposal of measures, cooperation with affected departments.

• Communication with regulators – managing administrative proceedings, handling inquiries, fulfilling recommendations.

• Reporting to bank bodies, committees, and the ISP group – including proposals to prevent Compliance risk.

• Implementation and control of adherence to ISP group rules in the assigned area.

Required experience

The position is suitable for candidates with education:

• Master's degree in Law (legal-economic/banking/financial market), technical education in IT, IT Security

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

• At least 4 years of experience in Compliance, ICT regulation, or cybersecurity.

• Knowledge of regulations such as DORA, NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT.

• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret legislative requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate across departments.

• Professional level of English.

• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP are an advantage.
