Within the Specialty Medicine business unit of the France subsidiary, you will have the unique opportunity to have a direct impact on improving dermatology care in France and contribute to transforming patients' lives.

As a Customer Engagement Manager Dermatology France within the "Dermatology" team, you will develop innovative promotional projects and documents in collaboration with internal teams, and contribute to the deployment of the Dupixent® marketing strategy in dermatology, within a dynamic competitive environment. Key

In the context of an innovative product in a highly competitive market, you will report to the Dermatology Marketing Director and will carry out the following missions:

Creation and deployment of promotional tools

• Create and deploy impactful, innovative, and ambitious promotional tools with a strong focus on digital and multichannel strategy, in line with the activation strategy under the responsibility of the Customer Engagement Lead
• Use Sanofi's digital tools and AI solutions to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns, while relying on KPI analysis to transform data into actionable insights

Coordination and partnerships

• Coordinate partners (e.g., Regeneron) and external service providers (agencies, publishing companies)
• Contribute to the implementation of the Dupixent® marketing strategy in dermatology through innovative projects, the organization of congresses / adboards / etc.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work in close collaboration with medical, regulatory, patient marketing teams, and teams from other Dupixent® indications to implement promotional documents and innovative projects

Sales force engagement

• Convey your conviction for the product and the promotional documents you have developed to the sales force
• Play a key role throughout the year in energizing sales team activities (seminars, product groups to test your projects, etc.)

Proactive contribution

• Be a source of proposals to internal teams to defend your promotional documents and projects

About you

Qualifications and experience:

• Education: Higher education in business and/or science (pharmacist, PhD)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role and/or field experience, market research, etc.
• Languages: French and English essential

A fixed salary over 12 months, supplemented by individual variable compensation, as well as profit-sharing and incentives based on the results of the Sanofi Group. The salary range for this position is: €48,000.00 - €64,000

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
