Scope of Work

  2. Apply professional judgment on topics like RRSPs, TFSAs, FHSAs, mortgages, savings plans, and CRA personal tax filing, providing clear written explanations.
  3. Critically review and evaluate AI-generated financial guidance against established rubrics, delivering concise, constructive feedback to improve model quality.
  4. Verify and interpret financial documentation, illustrating how Canadian consumers and advisors manage registered accounts, tax deadlines, and household financial decisions.
  5. Support the creation and refinement of evaluation rubrics and grading criteria relevant to personal finance guidance and outputs.
  6. Remain current with updates to Canadian tax, registered account, and savings regulations as they pertain to project deliverables.

  3. Experience in rubric-based evaluation, model output review, or AI system training projects.
  4. Demonstrated ability to draft assessment guidelines, rubrics, or scoring criteria for complex financial topics.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to explain technical financial concepts to a variety of audiences.
  6. 4+ years of hands-on experience in banking, wealth management, financial advising, accounting, or tax planning specific to Canadian households.
  7. Comfort with securely connecting personal Canadian bank accounts via Plaid (with all PII redacted before use).
