Overview

You will join the Office Incentive Systems, supporting  the team, working in a consultancy, oriented manner in managing various remuneration related topics and projects simultaneously

What you’ll be doing

• Support to the Remuneration Committee
• Definition of the Remuneration Policies at Group and Company levels
• Design of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels
• Support in compliance and audit processes

Who we’re looking for

• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V)
• Knowledge of short term incentive system
• Knowledge of long term equity based system
• Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)
• Performance measurement skills
• Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
• Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company
• 5-10 years of experience
