Ready to make a splash in your career? WaterNSW is seeking an experienced Solutions Analyst - Enterprise Applications (SAP SuccessFactors / Microsoft Dynamics) (Full-Time, Up to 24-Months Term) to join our Corporate Applications team.

Reporting to the Corporate Applications Manager, in this role, you will drive the delivery, enhancement and support of WaterNSW's corporate applications, helping to optimise the systems that underpin our HR and Finance functions. Combining project delivery with hands-on application support, you'll partner with stakeholders to implement system improvements, streamline processes and deliver innovative solutions across a Microsoft Dynamics technology landscape. You'll contribute to a range of initiatives and project work, while also driving continuous improvement across existing platforms through optimisation, process enhancement, documentation and support activities.

Position Purpose:

The Solutions Analyst – Enterprise Applications will investigate, analyse, design, implement, enhance and support enterprise business applications and associated business processes across WaterNSW's Corporate Applications portfolio, ensuring current and future business requirements are met, business value is realised, and internal and external customer needs are supported; and put safety first.

What you'll do:

• Solution Design: Ensure all technology solutions are designed and implemented to meet the business objectives and are maintained within the enterprise architecture framework.
• Project Delivery: Ensure all technology solution projects and related project activities are implemented and reported within the agreed timeframes and are of sound quality.
• Business Case & Benefits Analysis: Ensure enhancement of the overall solution and development process is captured using fit-for- purpose and fit-for-use business case, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Development Standards: All stages of solution delivery and enhancement must adhere to application development best practice, coding standards and documentation and be completed as part of the delivery process.
• Third-Level Support: All incidents and requests, as part of third level support, are completed within agreed service levels and be of sound quality.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT with demonstrated technical and application support experience in Safety and Human Resource Support Systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g. Finance & Operations, CE, HR), SAP SuccessFactors or similar technologies
• Experience working with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms such as ISOMetrix, ServiceNow GRC, SAP GRC or similar enterprise risk and compliance solutions
• Demonstrated experience in application analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, configuration, and operational support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, and their application in supporting enterprise application solutions
• Strong understanding of user needs and ability to translate them into effective technical solutions
• Current NSW Drivers Licence
• Highly Desirable: Knowledge of Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes, Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations and/or knowledge of project management and delivery methodologies and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Online and Altus PPM)
