Job Description

As part of the development of our collaborative environments and the Digital Workplace, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Expert with strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

You will work on digital transformation projects, modernization of collaborative spaces, business process automation, and the deployment of solutions based on the Microsoft 365 environment.

You will specifically be responsible for:

• Designing, administering, and evolving Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
• Deploying and administering SharePoint Online solutions
• Designing SharePoint sites, collaborative spaces, intranets, and document management solutions
• Implementing business solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
• Developing Power Apps, Canvas Apps, and Model-driven Apps
• Automating processes and workflows with Power Automate
• Leveraging Microsoft Dataverse for data management and structuring
• Participating in the implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Supporting business lines in identifying Copilot and generative AI use cases
• Working on Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online environments
• Participating in the definition of Microsoft 365 / Power Platform architecture and governance
• Managing rights, permissions, and access in connection with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Contributing to security, compliance, identity management, and data governance topics
• Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of solutions
• Writing technical documentation and best practices
• Supporting users in the adoption of new collaborative practices

Qualifications

You have proven experience of at least 4 years in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and are proficient in several of the following technologies:

Significant expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform is particularly sought after.

You also have a good understanding of issues related to:

• M365 Governance

• Identity and access management
• Security and compliance
• Document management
• Business process automation
• Digital Workplace
• Microsoft 365 collaboration
• Adoption and change management
• Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot

Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph / Graph API, REST API, SPFx / SharePoint Framework, Azure, ALM Power Platform, Power Platform connectors, or low-code / no-code development will be highly appreciated.
