Job Description:

Implement company market strategies and develop regional market development plans through effective territory management, team management, and personnel motivation to support the achievement of company business goals and enhance product influence within the region; establish and maintain good business relationships with key customers to build a professional image for the company and its products; strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and promote the development and capability improvement of the subordinate team.

Regional Goals and Territory Management

  • Lead the team to achieve the work goals assigned by the company
  • Plan and organize relevant marketing promotional activities based on the specific situation of the territory
  • Lead the team to execute and follow up on market promotion plans, and collect and provide feedback on market information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Visit hospitals to establish and maintain good relationships with key customers; cooperate with KA managers to conduct selection and negotiation for major accounts, and sign and execute agreements
  • Communicate and coordinate with local commercial personnel to ensure the normal supply of products in the region
  • Allocate resources and control expenses reasonably and effectively within the region
  • Complete various reports and statements accurately and on time

Product Knowledge

  • Help improve team members' ability to apply product knowledge in their daily work
  • Understand relevant knowledge and trends of competing products
  • Continuously learn and improve relevant medical knowledge levels

Professional Conduct

  • Ensure strict compliance with the company's SOPs, financial systems, and compliance requirements during daily work, and ensure team behavior conforms to the company's ethical standards and principles
  • Maintain a good professional image, with attire meeting professional standards and words and actions meeting company requirements
  • Possess a strong sense of dedication, actively engage in the job, and set an example

Team Management and Personnel Development

  • Build a high-performance team through effective management, motivation, development, and retention of talent
  • Manage and coach representatives, and improve their work skills and problem-solving abilities through planned joint visits
  • Complete quarterly performance evaluations and performance analysis, and provide timely and targeted coaching and training to subordinates to achieve better results
  • Determine training needs through performance management and personnel development plans to develop and retain talent and reduce employee turnover
  • Recruit suitable team members and establish a talent resource reserve system
  • Ensure that departing employees complete work handovers according to company regulations
  • Strengthen communication and cooperation within the department and across departments
  • Create a good working atmosphere, promote teamwork, and ensure fairness, justice, and openness
  • Complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Educational Background

  • College degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or related majors

  • 2+ years of relevant team management or territory management experience
