About the role: As the Head of Third Party Governance, you will have the outstanding opportunity to develop and lead our global third-party risk and supplier management framework. Your expertise will ensure that external vendor relationships are flawlessly managed, and risks are effectively mitigated, safeguarding our organization’s compliance with regulatory and internal policies. What you'll be doing: Define and put into action our global third-party risk management (TPRM) and supplier management strategy. Lead and develop a high-performing, distributed team responsible for third-party risk and supplier management. Act as the senior consultant to executive leadership on third-party risks and supplier performance. Build and improve the global TPRM framework, covering risk identification, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring. Coordinate end-to-end supplier lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless onboarding, management, and offboarding. Establish and manage supplier performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and value generation. Ensure robust risk monitoring and reporting systems are in place to keep senior management informed. You excel in critical thinking and have a track record of successfully implementing world-class supplier management frameworks. Essential Criteria: Extensive experience across TPRM, Supplier/Vendor Management, Operational Risk / Procurement / Compliance Extensive experience of creating TPRM strategy, designing and implementing TPRM operating models Experience operating at senior leadership levels in a global organisation Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards Proven experience managing complex supplier ecosystems Experience working across cross functional environments.
