From our offices in London, Idstein, Dallas, and Newcastle, we focus on our target markets of Germany, the USA, Finland, and the Benelux region. We are looking to further strengthen our German team in London and are therefore seeking a German-speaking Analyst.

The Analyst position is our entry-level role for those new to recruitment or for consultants with initial professional experience in recruitment consultancy. In this position, similar to a traineeship, you will learn the fundamentals of recruitment and the target market in which we operate. From the beginning, you will be assigned projects where you will work alongside an experienced consultant, allowing you to learn various search techniques and approaches. Your focus will be on searching for suitable candidates for positions our clients need to fill. Upon successful achievement of goals (usually six months), you will progress to the next career level, where you will also carry out initial business development activities and build client relationships. The experience gained as an Analyst ensures a smooth transition to the Associate level.
