This role is responsible for managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and on-set logistics, ensuring all creative and production elements align seamlessly.

Producers at TUX work across a variety of productions, from small-scale social shoots to large-scale 360° national campaigns, collaborating closely with Executive Producers, Production Coordinators, Creatives, Client Partners and Post-Production teams. If you’re an experienced producer who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving, and is motivated about creating complex and dynamic work, then this is the role for you.

Success in this role is directly measured by:

– Flawless execution of creative productions: delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting creative expectations.

– Strong budget & resource management: maximizing efficiency while ensuring high production value.

– Clear communication & leadership: acting as the central point of contact between client partners, creatives, vendors, and production teams.

– Proactive problem-solving: identifying risks early and implementing solutions to keep productions running smoothly.

– Client & team satisfaction: building strong relationships by fostering collaboration, transparency, and trust throughout the production process.

and Sample Daily Tasks:

– Develop and manage production budgets, schedules, and resourcing plans for multiple projects.

– Lead pre-production meetings, aligning creatives, clients, and vendors on production details.

– Source and negotiate with vendors, talent, crew, locations, and production partners.

– Oversee all permits, insurance, contracts, and legal documentation needed for productions.

– Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure production solutions align with the campaign vision.

– Oversee all aspects of shoot execution, ensuring seamless on-set operations.

– Manage crew logistics, call sheets, schedules, and production timelines.

– Act as the primary liaison between client teams, creatives, and production crews, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

– Troubleshoot logistical challenges, problem-solve in real time, and make quick decisions under pressure.

– Coordinate with Post Producer and post-production teams (editors, VFX, sound, and colorists) to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries, as relevant.

– Alongside Client Partners, track review rounds, client feedback, and approvals to keep projects moving forward.

– Ensure all deliverables meet technical specs, creative expectations, and platform requirements.

– Oversee final asset delivery and archive production files for future use.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Experience: 4+ years of production experience at an agency, production company, brand, or in a freelance capacity.

– Technical Skills: Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and the full production lifecycle (pre-production, on-set, and post). Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, budgeting tools, and production management software. Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

– Personal Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects, track moving parts, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and navigate high-pressure production environments.

– Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with broadcast, digital, and social media production requirements, as well as emerging trends in advertising production.

– Languages: TUX operates in English and French, and additional language proficiency is a plus.

Required Qualities:

– Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ensures no detail falls through the cracks across complex productions.

– Cool Under Pressure – Thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.

– Proactive Communicator – Keeps clients, creatives, and crews aligned throughout every phase of production.

– Budget-Conscious & Strategic Thinker – Balances financial efficiency with creative execution.

– Collaborative Leader – Excels at building trust, leading teams, and making confident decisions.
