About the Job

As a Digital Manufacturing and Supply Site Manager, you will be responsible for the digital systems and infrastructure at the Ocoyoacac and Cuautitlán manufacturing sites, where influenza vaccines for the Mexican market are produced. This role is supported by the Digital Manufacturing and Supply Cluster Manager and the Mexico Manufacturing and Supply Site Head, and is part of the site's senior leadership team. Additionally, you will be responsible for value generation, business continuity, and digital portfolio execution, managing the sites' technology services. This includes infrastructure (WAN/LAN, desktops, and servers), global and local application support (Manufacturing ERP, plant solutions, LIMS), Compliance, and Cybersecurity, ensuring operational continuity, business value, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key :

• Drive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all digital services provided to the sites.
• Ensure that implemented digital solutions are used appropriately and generate the expected business value.
• Identify and report indicators of business value generation, communicating them to the site leadership team.
• Monitor incidents and service requests, taking necessary actions to ensure their resolution within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in the deployment of Sanofi Core Models.
• Identify improvement opportunities and define and execute action plans aimed at optimizing the use and performance of systems and generating greater business value.
• Drive simplification and foster innovation in digital processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with digital teams in the definition and delivery of digital products, ensuring compliance with Sanofi standards, and, in conjunction with local business teams, identify and address the specific needs of the sites.
• Participate in the budget cycle and long-term strategic planning (Strat Plan/LRP) for the sites under your responsibility.
• Manage the digital budget and portfolio for the sites.
• Lead local digital teams and contribute to their development, applying Human Resources tools and processes and promoting a leadership model for the team.
• Leverage shared initiatives, resources, knowledge, and capabilities to maximize the potential of the network and generate synergies between sites.
• Play a key role in global digital initiatives implemented within your perimeter, such as Lighthouse, SMS 2.0, iSHIFT, and MARS, among others.

About You

• Experience: Experience in systems and information technology management, digital operations, and infrastructure, preferably in regulated environments such as the pharmaceutical, banking, or energy industries. Experience in managing strategic and local projects, as well as in process improvement, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Soft and technical skills: Knowledge of IT, business processes, digital operations, and infrastructure; project management; continuous improvement and innovation; customer and results orientation; communication, influence, and negotiation; leadership and team development; cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Education: Professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Engineering, Economics, Finance, IT Service Management, or other related areas.
• Languages: Spanish and advanced English
