Through effective regional management, team management, and personnel motivation, implement the company's market strategy and develop regional market development plans to support the achievement of company business goals and enhance the influence of products within the region; establish and maintain good business cooperative relationships with key customers, and establish a professional image for the company and its products; strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and promote the development and capability improvement of subordinate teams.

Regional Goals and Regional Management

Lead the team to complete the work goals assigned by the company

Plan and organize relevant market promotional activities according to the specific conditions of the region

Lead the team to execute and follow up on market promotion plans, and collect and feedback market information in a timely and accurate manner

Visit hospitals and establish and maintain good relationships with key customers; cooperate with KA managers to select and negotiate with major customers, sign agreements, and execute them

Communicate and coordinate with commercial personnel in the region to ensure the normal supply of products in the region

Reasonably and effectively allocate resources and control expenses within the region

Complete various forms and reports in a timely and accurate manner
Product Knowledge

Help improve team members' ability to apply product knowledge in their daily work

Team Management and Personnel Development

Build a high-performance team through effective management, motivation, development, and retention of talent

Manage and coach representatives, and improve representatives' work skills and problem-solving abilities through planned joint visits and training

Complete quarterly performance evaluations and performance analysis, and provide timely and targeted coaching and training to subordinates to achieve better performance

Determine training needs through performance management and personnel development plans, develop and retain talent, and reduce employee turnover

Recruit suitable team members and establish a talent resource reserve system

Ensure that departing personnel complete work handovers in accordance with company regulations

Requirements:
Educational Background

College degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or related majors

2+ years of experience in team management or regional management in related fields
